4-H Club Help Requested! 15th Annual Stark County 4-H Advisory Committee

It’s time to gear up for our Annual Stark County 4-H Swiss Steak Dinner, our largest fundraiser of the year!!  Date is April 24th. at Nimishillen Grange.  Please call to schedule your club help, baskets and donated items for raffle, club sales of tickets, to schedule club set up & clean up.  We need your help!!

Plans are underway for the 15th Annual 4-H Advisory Committee Swiss Steak fundraiser dinner. The dinner will be held on Saturday, April 24th from 4:30-7:00 p.m. at the Nimishillen Grange, Easton Street, Louisville.

Help is needed from all clubs with the following:
1. Advance ticket sales, tickets are now available. Contact Carol or Nancy to get tickets to sell! Return money, unsold tickets and number of tickets sold by Wednesday, April 21.
2. Advertising by placing posters in various locations to help advertise the dinner.
3. Raffle donation/ideas: gift certificates; theme baskets, any store donated items or homemade items.““
4. To help brown steak 8:00 a.m., April 25.
5. Set tables.
6. Pie and cake donations – to be delivered to the grange between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
7. Workers for the dinner – to serve dinners, dishwashers, and kitchen help.
Two shifts are available 4:15 to 6:00 p.m. and 5:45 to 7:30 p.m.
8. Clean-up 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Items needed for the dinner:
Amounts needed each year vary!
1 bottle dishwasher liquid
1 gallon of vegetable oil
4# of dried onion flakes
1 box of pepper
1 boxes of salt
3 # coffee
10# sugar
20# flour
1 jars of beef bouillon cubes
1 pack of 100 large size carry out containers
1 pack of 250 small size carry out containers
28 gallon of green beans
1 can of pam spray
9 cans 48 oz. of beef broth
2 64-ounce bottles orange drink concentrate
