2017 Stark County 4-H Extravaganza –  Saturday, July 15, 2017 – Foods/Nutrition- Dogs/Book Judging – Cloverbud Sharing
Location: Stark County Fairgrounds- Exhibition Hall- same location Registration at 8:45am.-10am- awards announced no sooner than 12:30pm. 4-H Members in ALL non-livestock 4H projects must have completed their 4H project book, member project guidelines, listed in front 2-3 pages of each non-livestock book AND make and bring a poster or notebook of members’ accomplishments and learning in each project to be judged. NO ANIMALS PERMITTED AT JUDGING.

2017 Stark County 4-H Clothing & Style Review – Tuesday, July 18, 2017
(NEW- ALL- 4H QUILTING PROJECTS – 498- Quilting The Best Better & 499- You Can Quilt & 365- 4-H Self Determined Quilting Projects –will be judged and displayed at Tuesday, July 18th Clothing Judging) Location: Paradise Church, Louisville- same location- Registration Clothing Project Judging:
1 pm-2:30 registration.

Style Revue: 7pm
Arrive 6:15pm to dress and practice.

Skillathon Requirement for 4-H Foods & 4-H Clothing Projects:

Members attending food and clothing skillathons were given their project guidelines and judging require4ments. Food & Clothing Skillathons are required- if your member did not attend they must contact Ann Wolfe, 4H Home Ec Committee President to schedule a makeup: awolfepak@gmail.com

Extravaganza
ALL Non-livestock Variety/Miscellaneous Projects: 91; 227(Pet Rabbit)(Pet Livestock Projects) (DO NOT BRING ANIMALS) through -755.
(Ohio State Fair Eligible Projects are listed in the 2017 4-H Family Guide).
(NEW-2017 –No State Fair Selections for Money Management Projects- County Winners Only)

Clothing Judging- 1-2:30pm register- Paradise Church-Louisville)
County Judging-Each 4-H youth member must:
1. Complete the Member Project Guidelines listed on beginning pages of project book(s).
2. Bring completed project book to judging.
3. Can choose 1 or 2 items from their project to display for the judge. (Must be able to be carried by youth only.)
4. Member must design and present a poster board/display board/note book to the judge. Design your display to demonstrate your accomplishments and share your learning experience. Use the display as an outline as you share your project experiences.

Cloverbud Sharing (Non-competitive Group Sharing Circles of 10):
Each Cloverbud should make a poster to share with group sharing circles of ten. Poster should help “Bud” share/talk about their fun and learning activities. Adults are suggested to help with poster design and practice sharing.
